About Skin Analytics

Skin Analytics is an award-winning digital health company that has launched the world’s first AI-supported Skin Cancer pathway for a faster skin cancer diagnosis. Our AI as a Medical Device (AIaMD) is deployed in 13 NHS organisations, and growing. We are leading the way in leveraging AI technology to address the demand and capacity crisis facing Dermatology safely.

We are a team of passionate people who want to build a future where no one dies from skin cancer.

You will work with our NHS and commercial partners to implement innovative care pathways and then work to make sure partners love the service so much that it becomes part of the background.

The role

In this role, you are part of the Partnerships team, working with five other Partnership managers as well as the Client Operations team. We’re a passionate, customer-first team that is the face of Skin Analytics to our partners. We help turn our cutting-edge technology into something simple to understand, stress-free to launch and impossible to live without.

You will be responsible for

  1. Project managing the implementation of our service with new and existing NHS partners;
  2. Leading partners through a change journey to using AI effectively in their healthcare service;
  3. Being the face of Skin Analytics to partners and making sure their needs are met;
  4. Supporting the retention of customers

This is a wonderful role if you want to learn how to take innovative technology and actually get it used to realise its potential to improve healthcare. The pathways you’ll be implementing are among the first of their kind in the UK (or the world).

The role reports into our Head of NHS Partnerships, Sam Scully.

Suitable backgrounds could be change management, customer success, account management, project management, consulting, or software implementation. This role can also be suitable for NHS commissioners/operations managers.

Location

The role involves travel to visit partner sites in the South of the country (we try our best to align partners with where people live), this varies a lot but is roughly 4 days a month.

We prefer a hybrid location, with at least some working time in our office in Holborn, but are open to remote options.

How will we measure success for you?

  • You’ll quickly get up and running, building relationships with existing partners and taking on day-to-day account management to ensure that their queries are addressed and prioritised.
  • After six months you will be comfortable launching new partners on your own across a variety of different care models and will have carved out your own specialities within the partnerships team.
  • After a year you will be comfortable managing partners through a retention cycle, highlighting our value case, and understanding the stakeholder dynamics involved.

What is next for you?

If you do well, and when the business grows, this role can take you to various places. After 2 - 3 years you could be working on influencing national policy (UK or elsewhere) for AI in healthcare, use your deep understanding to switch to a sales focus, or take your learnings from the UK to other countries as we expand our reach.
