You’d be joining a team of 170 passionate, ambitious people, across Europe and the USA, building a category-leading fintech product and all united by that same mission.

The Opportunity:

We’re currently rebranding our entire website and this role offers the chance to lead the development to create an incredible global web experience for our viewers in multiple territories.

Once our new website is live, you’ll be responsible for ensuring it’s secure, optimised, stable and incredible to use for anyone who visits. The work will never be done – we want to push boundaries when it comes to how we talk about Wagestream and show our content.

What will you be doing?

• Taking attractive designs and making them look amazing on the screen
• Working closely with our designer to create experiences that are user-friendly but also technically possible
• Keeping the Hubspot CRM secure, stable and up-to-date, and advising on best practice for using plugins
• Enhancing and optimising existing pages, such as improving the user journey for contact us forms or implementing a new analytics tool

What we need: (But if you’re close… we'd still love to talk to you!)

• Past professional experience managing Hubspot websites
• 3+ years experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript
• Previous experience optimising websites for speed, security and performance
• Proven abilities taking designs from Figma into build
• Experience working with designers and liaising with them to take a design through build and QA
• An understanding of web analytics
• Great communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences
• Good project management skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
• An eye for what looks great on the site and how to push boundaries

Working Policy: You will be contracted to a total of 3 days (2 days on-site) per week.
