You’d be joining a team of over 150 passionate, ambitious people, across Europe and the USA, building a category-leading fintech product and all united by that same mission.

The Team:

You will be joining a people team of six but primarily you will be working closely with our two Founders on a day-by-day basis.

What will you be doing?

  • Advice & Guidance: Become a trusted advisor to the Founders, providing valuable insights, and proactive prioritisation. Foster a positive company culture, and ensure operational excellence.
  • Streamlined Operations: Implementing efficient systems and processes that save the founders time. This includes owning scheduling tools, managing emails, and organising meetings to ensure smooth operations.
  • Improved Communication: Being able to filter and prioritise messages for the founders, ensuring they are aware of critical updates and opportunities.
  • Board Level Go-to: Becoming the touch point for our board members to schedule and manage time with the Founders. This extends to organising quarterly board meetings and dinners, as well as scheduling time with prospective investors.
  • Increased Founder Capacity: Assisting the Founders in focusing on high-priority tasks by taking care of administrative burdens. This might involve handling logistics for important meetings, managing travel arrangements, and preparing reports or presentations.
  • Research: take on ad-hoc projects, presenting the Founders with shortlist of suggestions, produced from your independent research and understanding of business needs/Founder preferences.
  • Cultural Ambassadorship: Contributing to a positive and inclusive company culture by organising team-building activities, recognising employee achievements, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Efficient Meeting Management: Establishing a reputation for efficient meeting management, including agenda creation, minute-taking, follow-up on action items, and ensuring meetings start and end on time.
  • Enhanced Trust and Confidence: Gaining the trust and confidence of the Founders through exemplary performance and professionalism. This includes handling sensitive information with discretion, anticipating needs before they arise, and consistently delivering high-quality work.

What experience might you have?

  • Intensely organised - Optimises time and resources, streamlines diary and proactively anticipates challenges/identifies solutions.
  • Confident communicator - Clear, concise communicator, able to build rapport whilst ensuring seamless communication between execs, teams and external stakeholders.
  • Adaptable - innate ability to swiftly adjust to changing priorities.
  • Trusted - handles confidential information with integrity and is trusted to make decisions on the behalf of our executive team.
  • Present - happy to be physically present in the office 4 days a week to support our Founders in person.

Salary: Dependant on experience. Salaries range from £50,000 - 70,000 + Bonus + Options
