You’d be joining a team of over 170 passionate, ambitious people, across Europe and the USA, building a category-leading fintech product and all united by that same mission.

What you will be doing:

• Managing the month end close process from start to finish including preparation of the monthly management accounts and review of balance sheet reconciliations, to ensure figures can be reported in five working days.
• Ownership of the statutory audit of the Group and its subsidiaries.
• Design and implement processes and controls to ensure that the business is able to scale effectively and operate efficiently
• Own financial systems and ensure tools used within the finance team are best in class
• Liaise with third party accountants and advisors in the territories we operate in to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Review and submission of VAT and other tax returns both in the UK and abroad.
• Manage other members of the finance team and help them meet their career goals
• Preparation and submission of returns to the FCA for our regulated business
• Management of the companies cash balances
• Work closely with the wider business and finance team including; Finance Director, Head of FP&A and CFO on other ad-hoc projects including operational issues, transfer pricing, treasury, tax etc.

What you need:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA certified with (3-5 years PQE)
• Experience reporting under both IFRS and UK GAAP accounting standards. US GAAP would be an added bonus
• Experience using Netsuite
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience working with fast growth businesses, fintech or SaaS experience is a plus

Working Policy: Hybrid

Salary: Starting from £70,000 to 80,000 + bonus/stock + benefits
