The Role

This can be a remote role within the UK.

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Operations Team. We understand our customers’ business before we get to the technology. This approach leads to smart technology solutions; streamlining old and complex processes, saving money on repairs and management, delivering a positive change to both customers and the local community.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee a number of projects from start to finish and ensure they are completed on time and to budget - enabling our customers to achieve their business goals. With great leadership, initiative, and a personable approach you will drive performance and satisfaction with our clients.

Requirements

  • To plan and manage projects, coordinate the team and the customer to deliver the functional requirements
  • To assess risks and issues, problem solve and prioritise tasks over the project lifecycle
  • To be proactive in managing customer communication and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Translate client requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria
  • Conduct testing of software updates
  • Manage defect tracking and resolution for functional testing and client executed user acceptance testing

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - you’ll need to be in regular contact with clients and key stakeholders, internally and externally
  • Well versed in productivity applications
  • Fast and highly motivated learner of new software
  • Lover of organisation, problem solving and planning with a strong attention to detail

Experience and Qualifications

  • Previous Project Management experience or equivalent
  • Exposure to API integration with 3rd party systems
  • Experience working in a technical environment / software development environment
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence tools
  • Experience in the social housing or local government sectors (desired not essential)
