Sales Development Representative, UK/EMEA at INSTANDA

We’re searching for an enthusiastic sales development representative to join our UK/ EMEA sales team and support business growth. If you are a personable, goal-oriented and motivated individual focused on building relationships we’d like to meet you. Your objective is to boost the sales pipeline for the sales team and contribute to our long-term business growth.

This role isUK based, primarily remote working with some travel required to our London Office.

What you will do

  • Work with the sales executives to develop and execute outreach strategies tailored to various customer segments to optimize engagement and response rates.
  • Prospect potential clients via cold calling, email, social media outreach, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce qualified leads
  • Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to interested new clients.
  • Schedule discovery meetings between prospective clients and Sales Executives to further assess their needs and the potential for deals.
  • Contact potential clients through direct outreach, follow-up calls, and emails to establish interest and fit.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps.
  • Maintain the CRM to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads.
  • Ensure follow-ups by sending meeting confirmations, reminders, and preparing appropriate update notes for handover to the sales executives.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to provide insights and feedback on the quality of leads generated from various channels and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry news, new products/services and the competitor landscape.
  • Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of the sales process.
  • Hands-on experience with sales techniques.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
  • Ability to learn quickly and take accountability of your objectives.

Preferred:

  • experience with sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and/or Salesforce.
