Requirements

Reporting into the Head of Product Design we are recruiting a Product Analyst to grow our team.

Represents BAs’ / clients’ needs to engineers and architects, and represent engineers’ and architects’ needs to BAs. Works with other product designers, UI/UX, engineers, delivery.

The candidate will first need to develop a deep understanding of Instanda’s capabilities and approach to enable them to design new features consistent with the platform.

You’ll need to take a creative approach to solving problems, creating solutions, identifying problems with existing solutions and ways to improve them.

Oversees conversion of business requirements into tickets that meet Definition of Ready, writing user stories and ACs specific to a choice of solution, augmenting those of the BAs which are solution-agnostic. Maintains Jira tickets through the SDLC.

Reviews work delivered by developers to ensure it meets client needs.

Candidate requirements

  • 1+ years experience involvement in the design of software features
  • 2+ years experience documenting designs for software features

Desirable

  • A Bachelors or Masters degree
  • Exposure to Insurance software
  • Exposure to no-code software
