We are looking for an exceptional Senior Graphic designer to join our team. You will be tasked with taking our graphic design to the next level, implementing high quality and consistent design and evolving our brand across a variety of mediums.

You will:

• Lead our graphic design strategy and implementation
• Design and deliver static and motion assets in both 2D and 3D to support marketing and the wider business, using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects, etc), Figma and 3D
• Build and develop templates to make work within Marketing Design more efficient without compromising the quality of the output
• Work cross-functionally to help ensure design consistency across the business. This also means you proactively identify design challenges and run workshops with teams to improve design output and processes
• Use data to effectively optimise marketing assets. Creating iterative designs to maximise the effectiveness of our advertising

About you:

• You have 5+ years of proven design experience in an agency or start-up environment and a portfolio that showcases your expertise
• You have superb knowledge of Figma and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
• You have excellent knowledge in designing and modelling 3D assets (Blender, Cinema4D or 3D Studio Max)
• You have some experience with motion graphics (After Effects, Cinema 4D, 3DS Max and Lottie animation)
• You are organised, can prioritise tasks efficiently, independently and work within tight deadlines
• You have a degree in Art, Graphic Design, or a related discipline with superb visual and concept skills
• You have experience managing the creative process from inception to go live
• You have a keen interest in AI and how it can be leveraged to improve output and increase efficiency within design
• You have a growth mindset and are always looking for incremental improvements

Logistics & Benefits The application process consists of a five stage process. You will initially have a phone interview with one of our internal Talent Specialists, followed by a call & portfolio showcase with the head of product design, a call with the hiring manager, a cultural and behavioural interview, with the final round being a task with the hiring manager, head of product design and further members of the marketing team.
