In 2024, we’ll be launching across the EU, following our successful launch in Sweden. We’ll also be transforming our product, developing new features and introducing new products. In the UK, we now have over 1.6m registered users, offering a range of products like the Freetrade Pension, a stocks and shares ISA, and our premium plan, Freetrade Plus.

We are looking for an exceptional Product Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will be working on growth initiatives that will help drive customer acquisition.
You will:

• Identify customer needs by deeply understanding the target market and how your product works.
• Plan, develop and execute campaigns with a strong bias for growth in the context of your OKRs.
• Be data-driven, analytical and capable of identifying actionable insights to help drive commercial success.
• Work cross-functionally to help scale your product across different teams and channels.
• Build positive relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure strategies and campaigns are understood and aligned.
• Analyse performance to help develop and prioritise the product roadmap.

About you:

• You have 1-2 years of Product Marketing or Growth Marketing experience, ideally within financial services, a startup, or a scale-up environment.
• You are scrappy and hands-on with no hesitation to get in the weeds.
• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing and competing priorities.
• You are degree educated, ideally with further qualifications or openness to getting qualified within financial services i.e. Investment Operations Certificate (IOC).
• You are driven by Freetrades mission and uphold our values.
