In the UK, we now have over 1.6m registered users, offering a range of products like the Freetrade Pension, a stocks and shares ISA, and our premium plan, Freetrade Plus.
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to help develop our corporate Workplace Technology capability at Freetrade. Our ideal candidate would be someone who believes in the importance of both enablement and security. You will sit within the Information Security Team at Freetrade, and will contribute to how we shape our Workplace Technology function.
You will...

• Triage and troubleshoot day-to-day IT support requests
• Contribute to project work and our roadmap content
• Manage our growing macOS laptop fleet via MDM
• Support our cloud collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Jira etc.
• Champion the technology side of the onboarding and offboarding processes
• Engage with key suppliers and contractors
• Provide tailored training and developing self service resources to empower employees
• Collaborate with our People and Finance teams to help manage their systems
• Help implement and maintain our audio visual capabilities, including Zoom Rooms hardware

You have...

• You have hands-on experience supporting a growing fleet of Apple and macOS devices
• You are comfortable with the asset lifecycle process from procurement to decommissioning
• You have the ability to balance customer support and technical troubleshooting
• You have experience within modern IT environments with technical familiarity of tools such as Google Workspace, Okta, JAMF, Jira, GCP
• You are a natural problem solver
• Have a strong desire to improve processes and ‘automate everything’
• You're confident engaging with all levels of stakeholders and comfortable giving candid opinions

Logistics The application process consists of a 3 stage process. Following a phone interview with one of our internal Talent Specialists, you'll have interviews centred around your Technical abilities. The third and final interview will be with our two Co-Founders, to assess your alignment to our company Values and general fit.
